The entry level has two bedrooms and one bath as well as the kitchen, dining room, and living area with cable TV. There is also a small screened porch with a table and chairs for four and a deck. The lower level offers the remaining two bedrooms and bath as well as an area for entertaining with cable TV and a pool table.

Another great feature for the house is that, in additional to the two TV's in the family rooms, there is a cable TV in each of the four bedrooms. One bedroom on the master level even offers a DVD player.
